Very Bad No Staff Service

I stayed at the Novotel Cairo Airport Hotel for one day, and my room intercom was not working. I complained several times, but no one came to fix the issue. Additionally, I needed an Indian power adapter to charge my phone, and the front desk staff asked me for $100 USD for the adapter. It was a very bad experience, and I would never recommend this hotel. It's better to choose another hotel.

The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet with modern amenities. Room Service Food is really good quality and was delivered directly to my room anytime of the night by friendly staff. They have a useful money exchange ATM in the lobby

Staff very helpful front office and restaurant always great service food very tasty and verity . Location the best! We stayed 2 weeks was Amazing time in last days of Ramadan and Eid . تعودت علي مدي السنوات الخمسة الاخيرة الاقامة بفندق نوفوتيل المطار علي الاقل ليلة قبل السفر من مطار القاهرة واخري عند العوده للراحة والاستجمام والاعداد للسفر للخارج وعند العوده للسفر للداخل.. هو فندقي المفضل بمطار القاهرة للخدمات الرائعة التي أتلقاها من لحظة الوصول والتسجيل بواسطة مجموعة خدمة العملاء وموظفوا الاستقبال. ونظرا لانني احجز مقدما واحدد مبعاد الوصول. لا أستغرق إلا دقائق للتسجيل واجد الغرفة جاهزة بجميع المستلزمات. الترحيب وسرعة الاداء تعطيني اللمسات الايجابية للإقامة. الغرف والأجنحة نظيفة وبها كل ما يحتاجة الزائروطاقم خدمة الغرف ايضا يحتوون اي طلبات اضافية بسرعة وكفاءة. كذا المطاعم . المسؤلين والمديرين يتحركون بنشاط للتأكد من خدمة الضيوف. من المميزات الهامة لهذا الفندق الخدمة المجانية لأوتوبيس ترددي لصالات السفر والوصول يتحرك كل نصف ساعة علي مدار اليوم.
